Tracking billable time shouldn’t mean reconstructing your day.
Your work is scattered across emails, meetings, calls, and texts. When it’s time to bill, you’re piecing it all back together.
J2J Time brings that activity into a daily report so you can review your work and decide what to bill.
Calls and messages too. We support Android and iPhone.
Each day, receive a report by email with your work activity organized by project.
Review the work behind each entry. Adjust the project, description, and time. Approve the entries you’re ready to send. You decide what gets billed.
We’re building a review and approval flow with QuickBooks Time updates, so the time you approve is the time you record.
J2J Time, from everyday work to approved time.

Questions, answered
Choosing a time tracker for your team.
What is J2J Time?
J2J Time is an AI-assisted time tracker for billable work. It brings email, calendar, call and text activity into a daily report organized by project, helping you review your day and decide what to bill. It is built by J2J Connection for consultants and project teams.
Who is it for?
Consultants, owner’s representatives, construction and real estate teams, and other professionals who split their day across client projects. It is particularly useful when emails, meetings and quick phone conversations are hard to reconstruct at timesheet time.
Does it work with Outlook, Google Workspace and other email platforms?
The working reporting workflow uses Outlook email and calendar activity. If your team uses Google Workspace or another mail platform, tell us when you request access. We will confirm the connection and scope for your setup before onboarding.
Does J2J Time support Android and iPhone?
We support Android and iPhone. Phone activity can help you remember calls and messages alongside email and meetings. The setup and available activity depend on the device and permissions, which we review with you during onboarding.
Does J2J Time integrate with QuickBooks Time?
QuickBooks Time is the destination for our planned review, approval and direct-update workflow. Today, you review the daily report and enter time into QuickBooks Time manually. The product video labels the planned screens so you can see what we are building.
Does it calculate billable hours or send invoices automatically?
The current report shows activity and source details, not automatic hour estimates. An email count or call log does not establish billable time. You decide the project, duration and billing treatment. J2J Time does not automatically invoice your clients.
How do I review or correct the daily report?
The report arrives by email, with activity organized by project. You review the source details and reply with corrections. A dedicated editing and approval flow is planned; the current review happens in the report email.
What happens when I request access?
You request access to J2J Time and agree to receive product updates. We will get in touch to discuss your team’s setup and confirm how J2J Time fits your workflow. Requesting access does not create a paid account, connect your email or phone, or commit you to a subscription.
What information does setup require?
Requesting access only needs your email address; company name is optional. Before any product connection, we agree the sources, account permissions, processing and retention with your team. The phone application has separate privacy and permission information.
